Refund policy

At Wake Up & Glow we truly hope our product helps your skin and makes you feel beautiful! Here are our standard policies around returns and refunds.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

We have great relationships with our retailer partners and if you would like to return a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance and information regarding their return policy.

If a package is returned to Wake Up & Glow due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, or if the customer was not available for the delivery or the pickup of the order, Wake Up & Glow is not responsible for return or redelivery shipping fees. Additionally, for any returns agreed upon for reasons outside of these conditions, Wake Up & Glow will not cover shipping costs for the return. All returned orders, for any reason, may be subject to processing fees.

*Note on free gifts: While we do our best to be generous as a small company, free gifts are limited to marketing promotions and defined by monthly marketing plans. Gifts are not open to demand outside set promotion, nor available for exchange or credit.

Damaged

We take great care to ensure your package arrives safely. In the rare case that your items are damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ask for photos of the damaged items and packaging. Additionally, we ask that you file a claim with carrier as they are responsible for the damage during shipping. We will gladly replace any damaged products.
