Green Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Green smoothies are one of our favourite ways to start the day; it’s not too heavy, packed with nutrients, and so delicious! The recipe that we use is so easy, and so many different things can be substituted in, or eliminated out! Since smoothie bowls are nutrient dense they are great for anti-aging and glowing skin just like our oil!

1 Big handful of Spinach

1 Banana

Frozen Pineapple

Frozen Mango

Fresh Strawberries

1/2 Cup Orange Juice

1/2 Cup Almond Milk

2 Ice Cubes

2 Scoops Vital Proteins
Add all of your ingredients to you blender and blend until smooth and creamy, you will want it to be slightly thicker than a regular smoothie since it will be in bowl- adjust your liquid to your desired consistency. Top with your favourite goodies i.e. coconut, chia seeds, hemp hearts, blueberries, almonds, etc! The options really are endless and you can switch it up every time!
