Skincare Tips!

Skincare can be confusing, there are so many brands, products, and routines out there it can be hard to know what to use, or what routine to follow. Our products at Wake Up & Glow are formulated to be complementary with each other, fight the signs of aging and can be used on all skin types! Here are some skincare tips that will help you decipher what might work best for you!

  1. Moisturize both morning and night- the best times to moisturize are after you get out of the shower, and right before bed. Wake Up & Glow is gentle and clean but also very active and can be used twice daily. It will not clog your pores!

  2. Hydrate both inside and out- Using products that are hydrating will keep your skin looking youthful and glowing, and of course always get your 8 glasses of water per day to stay hydrated from the inside!

  3. Exfoliate a couple of times per week- We loose approximately 50million skin cells per week, and without properly exfoliating, those pesky cells can hang around on our skin longer than we’d like! Our favourite exfoliator is Wake Up & Clarify which is gentle enough to use at least twice weekly!

  4. Avoid direct heat exposure- Don't just watch out for the sun — getting too close to heaters and fireplaces can also wreak havoc on your skin; heat causes inflammation and collagen breakdown.
