Every morning we like to have a Glowing Goddess Green Smoothie! (best enjoyed while waiting for your mask to dry!)
It’s super easy, and customizable but the main base ingredients are:
5 ice cubes
2 handfuls of spinach
1 cup almond milk
1 cup orange juice
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
2 scoops collagen
Don’t be afraid to add in your favourite fresh or frozen fruit, honey, chia seeds, or hemp hearts!
